You can use the sections on monitoring practices to outline what type of monitoring you do and how this monitoring is conducted. Be careful about how much detail you put in this section. You want your policy to be clear to your employees but don\u2019t want to jeopardize your <a href=\"\/blog\/article\/the-password-is-password-steps-everyone-should-take-for-cybersecurity\/\">cybersecurity<\/a> in the process. You can use the privacy and confidentiality section to outline how the information collected through monitoring is used and how you protect it. This section could refer to or complement your privacy and confidentiality policy. Finally, having your employees sign your policy ensures they have read and understood the contents.
