With over 13 years of hands-on experience in transportation, logistics, paper manufacturing, and industrial environments, Aaron brings a practical, boots-on-the-ground approach to health and safety. He’s held a variety of roles—including Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator, Multi-plant H&S Coordinator, H&S Trainer, and Safety & Compliance team member—giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build safer workplaces. Aaron is passionate about making safety accessible and achievable for every client, no matter their role or industry. He’s known for turning complex concepts into clear, actionable steps that teams can actually use. When he’s not supporting businesses, you’ll find him on the mats training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, experimenting with film photography, diving into strategy games, or relaxing with his two dogs, Bruin and Boston.

Head of Marketing
Alex is the Head of Marketing for Citation Canada, bringing over a decade of experience at such companies as AppDirect and Amazon. With a focus on crafting powerful stories to drive business growth, Alex loves to bring teams together to tackle tough challenges and enjoy work and life to the fullest. A proud USC Trojan, Alex also holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University. Outside of work, Alex enjoys baking, cooking, and eating, as well as traveling to sunny destinations with her family.
