He’s worked across a wide range of industries, giving him a practical understanding of how to tailor programs to different business needs. Michael is known for translating complex compensation concepts into clear, actionable guidance for leaders at all levels. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a WorldatWork Total Rewards 101 Certificate. Outside of work, you’ll find him golfing, playing basketball, watching hockey or football, or spending time with his dog, Grizzly.

Alex is the Head of Marketing for Citation Canada, bringing over a decade of experience at such companies as AppDirect and Amazon. With a focus on crafting powerful stories to drive business growth, Alex loves to bring teams together to tackle tough challenges and enjoy work and life to the fullest. A proud USC Trojan, Alex also holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University. Outside of work, Alex enjoys baking, cooking, and eating, as well as traveling to sunny destinations with her family.
