Our Accessibility Commitment

The principles of accessibility apply regardless of whether an individual is:

  • Working in or visiting our office;
  • Accessing our information online, in person, or by phone;
  • Procuring our services and support online or through phone-in services;
  • Welcoming us into their place of employment.

Citation Canada is dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable requirements. We recognize that providing a barrier-free environment is a shared responsibility and are committed to working with the appropriate parties to make accessibility a reality for all.

Citation Canada is also committed to ensuring that its public website and digital content meet applicable AODA accessibility requirements.

Accessibility Plan and Feedback

Citation Canada maintains a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan that outlines the policies, processes, and actions in place to meet the requirements of the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR). The plan is reviewed at least once every five years and is publicly available.

We have also established a public feedback process for receiving and responding to accessibility-related feedback.

If you require an accessible format or communication support to provide feedback, we will work with you to meet your needs, in accordance with applicable AODA requirements.
